Individual Counseling
We provide counseling to individuals of all ages and all identities (including LGBT community). You-Turn does not discriminate on the basis of gender, socioeconomic status, sexuality or ethnicity.
Serving All Ages
We provide treatment to children, "tweens" (pre-teens), adolescents, adults, and families (parenting sessions for child clients) for a variety of mental health concerns.
Treatment can include individual or parental counseling in addition to substance abuse treatment, presenting and co-parenting education.
Life Adjustment Issues
Change can be hard; moving, new schools, divorces, losses etc. We can help YOU!
Treatment
YOU-Turn Counseling provides psychotherapy and professional counseling services in Garner or via telehealth (video counseling) to residents across North Carolina. We use a variety of techniques proven to be successful and effective, including CBT, play therapy techniques for children and Gottman method for couples.
